This one's for Pinky :o)

On my Met Monday post, Pinky, a great friend from RMS, commented that she loved the makeover of the dining room, but was wishing that I had pictures of the tablesetting and was straining trying to see it . Well, here it is, especially for YOU....Pinky, with love:

These beachy dishes was a lucky buy it a consignment store the day before I went to Charleston, to do my makerover. Hmmmmm.. I might just have to "borrow" then next time I visit. ;)

Bon Apettite Everyone...

Hmmm...nice dining room, now if we could just get a cook!
Go over to the ever popular Susan, at Between Naps on the Porch and enjoy more tablescapes, as well as "Let there be White II" at Cuisine Kathleen's. AND....I'm participating in The Beach Party at The Shabby Chic Cottage.net

  29. Oh, Rose, this is beautiful! I'm so glad Pinky asked to see your table. Now I know this is all beachy and everything, but when I first looked at it ~ I saw wintry - whites and the the pale blue of icicles. I know I'm a silly, but with a few exchanges this could be a scrumptious wintry scene too.
    Everything you do is beautiful.
    Be a sweetie,

  37. Hi me again, Thanks so much for stopping by.... How did you get both your gils to go to the same school at the same time? Are the girls twins? M.U.S.C. is a great school...Are they both going to be Dentist? SSSHHHH I will let you in on a little secert that I have not let out in blogville yet... My husband went to M.U.S.C. College of Dental Medicine. His practice is in Summerville about 30 miles from our home. Top of his class, #3out of a class og 48.
Not one of our girls wanted to go to M.U.S.C., Our 15yr old daughter is thinking about it , but maybe Clemson for their Engineer program. Is your husband a Dentist?

  56. Beautiful post...as always.
Thanks for stopping by the chair post. Another one down...too many to go.
I hate to say this but I get my fabric from a woman at our local flea market. She's sort of hit and miss. It's great when she restocks, but sometimes she gets busy and the same stuff is there every Wednesday. I don't know what I'd do without her. I wish everyone could shop there.

  57. Ah! I thought I remembered reading you werer from here. But now you're in Atlanta, right. Well, she's at the US 1. Not the Barnyard. Wed. 8 to 12 and weekends. She said some of her sources are moving to China. Hope not. She's been there for 20 years. Every now and then she has really GOOD, expensive fabric.($4.00) But not unless she re-stocks. You never went to her? My kitchen drape fabric is at Hancock right now for $30.00. I was excited when I saw she had that one .
    Small world.
